Happy New Year! We are so excited to announce that we are back at Jalopy Theatre on Saturday March 24th for a full day of workshops, jams, and performances to celebrate and commemorate the great sacred steel guitarist Calvin Cooke, who passed last May.  If you saw any of our sacred steel block party events, you know how amazing a musician and human being was, and how much he contributed to the genre of sacred steel. We are also extremely happy to welcome back the great Kashiah Hunter to lead his band the Sacred Sounds. Kashiah's shows are always a highlight of our events and he always brings an incredible energy to the venue. This year he will also be leading a workshop for those who are interested in learning more abut sacred steel.

And finally, we are partnering again with the Northeast Steel Guitar Union who will host the UNconventional Steel Guitar Jamboree on Saturday afternoon! See below for the schedule and links to purchase tickets!
